“I attended two of Sandy's workshops.  One was a full course dinner that included delightful appetizers, a delicious main dish, refreshing drinks, and an amazing dessert to seal the most satisfying and nourishing meal I had ever experienced.  In this workshop, Sandy taught us by example about the power of presence, the healing of community, and the gift of hospitality.  It was more than delicious, healthy, nourishing food that helped your body thrive but also an encounter with food as a catalyst that integrates multiple aspects of the depth of our humanity such as connection, creativity, and compassion.  The second workshop I attended, Sandy once again integrated nutrition with spirituality and health.  This educational and demonstrative workshop focused on various vegan foods and drinks help sustain energy, focus, and stamina for optimal health and functioning.
